Subject to the approval of the Gouvernement, the Minister may, from time to time, provide for special courses of study for children attending special classes established under this division and regulations generally; for the establishment, government, examination and inspection of such special classes, and for prescribing the accommodation and equipment of school rooms or buildings, and the arrangement of school premises for such special classes.
